Restaurateur and business owner, Gauri Devidayal shares her insights on pivoting her business for survival and strategising a roadmap to success. Â The talk will touch key areas including communication with stakeholders, digitisation as a value-add, unemployment vs reskilling teams during testing times and how best to get organised as an industry.Â
