About the Event
About the session
Dealing with uncertainty is never easy, no matter the situation. We’ve been told we have to stay home, indefinitely; which means no family dinners, date nights, concerts or movies with friends, group workouts or Ministry of New! We’re each dealing with quarantine in very different ways, while going through a collectively shared experience. It’s important to understand how this pandemic is affecting your mental health and that no matter how overbearing anxiety might seem, it’s within us to overcome this!
