Yes, it requires planning and commitment, but the results and impact you make are priceless. Gregoire Verdin, Brand Ambassador and Head of Tastings and Trainings at Sula Vineyards, grew up in Burgundy to a family of farmers. For him, sustainability is as innate as the wine he works with is. Sula is embracing sustainability from cuvée to cork and Gregoire will be showcasing how they do this, and how it’s possible for other businesses to incorporate this as well.
