Have you been wanting to kick-start a sustainable fitness routine but just haven’t gotten to it? Are you already quite active but want to take your workouts to the next level? Or maybe you’re a complete newbie and are just looking for a way to get
active and healthy. Whatever your focus areas, this session with Neha and Vidur of 303 CrossFit will open your eyes to the possibilities.
CrossFit has taken over the world and has die-hard fans that love to talk about nothing but their WODs (workout of the day) and achievements. However, working out doesn’t have to be so daunting! 303 CrossFit is located around the corner in Ballard Estate and is run by Neha Agarwalla who is one of the first female CrossFit coaches in India and a level 3 (out of 4) trainer.
Neha and Vidur will be hosting a Take Five session which will focus on 5 key pillars of health: Sleep, Nutrition, Training, Mental health, and social connections so that you get a holistic view of just what it takes to achieve your fitness goals. The session
will consist of a presentation, short workout and interactive Q&A session where you can chat with Neha and Vidur to figure out the right path for you. Attendees will learn about the incredible effects of good sleep, nutrition and activity on their mental
and physical health, and overall well-being.
